Favorable emotions
Are happiness
Unfavorable ones
Are sorrow
They are like two sides
Of the same coin
They come like
Days and nights
One after the other
You cannot stop it
It’s natural
For sorrow to come
After happiness
Happiness to come
After sorrow
In this dual world
Everything has equal
And opposite reactions
So happiness may bring sorrow
And sorrow may bring happiness
As they sow the seed
For the opposite to occur!
Both shall pass
And come again
Forever and ever
It’s same again
But there is another dimension
Which is called“Ananda”
Bliss or Ecstasy
If you hit that dimension
Somehow
You will be blissful forever
There is no opposite reaction of Ananda
The opposite of Ananda
Is Ananda Itself!
Ananda brings Ananda
The boundless bliss
Is Ananda!
There is chemical basis
To our happiness and sorrow
And for Ananda too
Chemicals are produced in brain
Happy hormones create happiness
Stress hormones create sorrow
Chemical like Anandamide
Secreted by our brain
Create bliss or Ananda!
Anandamide is just one
There are many cocktails
Available in brain itself!
Pineal gland produces ‘Somarasa’
The nectar of Bliss
Signified by crescent moon
On the head of Shiva
Moon is also called Soma
Rasa is the nectar
Pineal is activated
