के भगवान 'शिव' साँच्चै गाँजा लिनुहुन्थ्यो ? : शिवजीले गाँजा खानुहुन्थ्यो भन्ने कुराको साङ्केतिक अर्थ छ। शिव भगवान अर्थात् हाम्रो मस्तिष्कमै गाँजाजस्तै र गाँजाभन्दा धेरै आनन्द दिने रस पाइन्छ जसको नाम वैज्ञानिकले 'आनन्दमाइड' राखे। जबमै आनन्द दिने रस निस्किन्छ भने बाहिरबाट गाँजा किन तान्ने?

Happiness and Sorrow ( A poem from my book "Crazy Poetry for Offering" on amazon!)
Favorable emotions
Are happiness
Unfavorable ones
Are sorrow
They are like two sides
Of the same coin
They come like
Days and nights
One after the other
You cannot stop it
It’s natural
For sorrow to come
After happiness
Happiness to come
After sorrow
In this dual world
Everything has equal
And opposite reactions
So happiness may bring sorrow
And sorrow may bring happiness
As they sow the seed
For the opposite to occur!
Both shall pass
And come again
Forever and ever
It’s same again
But there is another dimension
Which is called“Ananda”
Bliss or Ecstasy
If you hit that dimension
Somehow
You will be blissful forever
There is no opposite reaction of Ananda
The opposite of Ananda
Is Ananda Itself!
Ananda brings Ananda
The boundless bliss
Is Ananda!
There is chemical basis
To our happiness and sorrow
And for Ananda too
Chemicals are produced in brain
Happy hormones create happiness
Stress hormones create sorrow
Chemical like Anandamide
Secreted by our brain
Create bliss or Ananda!
Anandamide is just one
There are many cocktails
Available in brain itself!
Pineal gland produces ‘Somarasa’
The nectar of Bliss
Signified by crescent moon
On the head of Shiva
Moon is also called Soma
Rasa is the nectar
Pineal is activated
By Kundalini Yoga
By Grace of Guru!
So, O! Humans!
Delve into the nectar blissful
And be joyful
And be fulfilled
Ever and ever blissful

I am Ananda!

Education is not hording of ideas
Education is not imparting information
Education is not cramming books
Education is not going to schools
Education is a process
To expand human
To their full potential!
Human being is not a resource
They are possibility
Which need atmosphere
To unfold
Each human is a genius
That way or this way
Each human is winner
Current education system
Has destroyed this possibility
By making some pass
And other fail!
By making everyone to go through
Same rubbish stuff
That doesn’t interest them
At all!
Few are interested in academics
Let them do this education
For others we have to device
Methods to unfold their
Hidden interest
Whoever is interested in
What subject
They must be taught that
Some are interested in games
Teach them games
Make them play
They will do great
In sports world!
Some are interested in music
Let them sing
Let them dance
Let them understand
What Yoga can do!
Let them walk
Climb, run
Swim
In natural surroundings
Let them unfold
Let them rewrite the history
Let them create a happy world!

Even the great people
Have failed in their life
They struggled
They were grinded
Kneaded by life forces
They cried
They suffered
But one thing
They had
“They never give up”
They failed
They learnt the lessons
They bounced back
With new learning
And enthusiasm
To be successful
To make your character
You must be willing to fail
At the beginning
Beginning starts with failing
Failing and learning
Moving on and on
Persevere practise
That’s the way!
“People who never give up
Still have a chance”
Said Jack Maa
So, start it over
With new idea
And learning
Focus and attention
That way you will
Achieve your destiny!
So, never give up
Until you have
Blood in your viens
Life in your body
Never give up
Wake up
Be conscious
Stop not
Till the goal is reached!
